Drain Line Scoping

At our company expense, we have your drain scoped whenever we remove or move plumbing. A camera is run through the drain to ensure proper water flow and catch issues before they become emergencies, saving our customers thousands of dollars.

CAD Design

We offer 2D and 3D CAD designs to help visualize your project. The 2D designs are offered in our estimates for square footage verification, layout, and customer desires. The 3D designs are offered to help you the customer visualize how a cabinet might look, or a freestanding tub (standalone tub) in a small area, or maybe removing a tub to a shower.

Licensed Vendors

Cutting corners is not in our playbook. Every specialty vendor is Oklahoma State licensed and insured. Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC are verified licensed and insured.

About Farrell's Remodel

Robert and Susan Farrell bring decades of experience and a focus on detail to every kitchen remodel and renovation project.

Robert Farrell has 25 years of construction experience across all facets of home building. He brings that knowledge to every project and is meticulous in every detail so the finished result shines. He spends the extra time needed to make sure the final result exceeds your expectations.

Susan Farrell has 21 years in the corporate world in programming, customer service, forecasting, and sales. That shows in estimates, customer contact, material ordering, and scheduling. She works with you from the first phone call through project completion, keeping you updated and informed every step of the way.

Our Process

The number one question we get is: how does the process work? Every project is unique, but in general here's what you can expect from start to finish.

1. Estimate & Plan

After your initial call, we schedule an estimate visit. Most estimates are completed within 48 hours and emailed to you. When you approve the final estimate, we set a start date.

2. Selections & Order

You receive a Selection Sheet for tile, countertops, cabinets, and paint colors. You pay the allowance amount on the estimate and we order the materials.

3. Demo & Rough-In

On the start date, we set up dust containment, floor protection, and a staging area, then begin demo. Licensed plumbers, electricians, and HVAC come in as needed; inspections are called when required. Drywall and texture follow.

4. Finish & Complete

We install cabinets, countertops, flooring, and fixtures. Ceilings and walls are painted. You do a final walk-through with blue tape for any touch-ups. Then the project is complete.
